We had our third meeting of the Golden Jubilee alumni homecoming tonight.
The date of the alumni homecoming is OCT 7, 2007. Pls. block those dates.
Do you commit to attend?

DWAD is trying to contact as many alumni as possible in time for the Grand
alumni homecoming next year. If you have brothers, sisters, friends who are
from another batch, please inform them of the next meeting – May 20, 6pm,
DWAD Library.

Or ask them to at least send another batchmate to represent their batch. We
need 1 representative/coordinator from each batch.

We also need to hire an alumni secretary. Do you know anyone from the
younger batches who would be interested? Please text Fr. Cris their names and
contact nos.

The success of this homecoming depends on your active participation!

dear fellow alumni and classmates,
this is josie f. seen, do you remember me? our school the divine word
academy will be celebrating its 50th anniversary come 2007. i think we
should take part by attending the alumni homecoming and help in the
preparation and fund raising. if you cannot help in fund raising there is
one thing that is more expensive and worthwhile–IT IS YOUR TIME AND EFFORT
AND LOVE FOR OUR SCHOOL. I have experienced the difference of having a son
who comes from a catholic school, our eldest son graduated from dwad elem.
then i transfer him to mother goose hoping for a better education but i
found out that the environment that i put him into is not like what we had.
iba ang mga bata sa mother goose, i can easily compare them to son’s
classmates who are from mg and dwad. dwad students are not all well off but
4 years ago, they are all magalang and god fearing. sa mother goose,
majority of our son’s classmates do not know even how to respect their
teachers and even us when they are all here practicing. it is good that
when he was in mother goose his close friends are magalang and we know their
parents. So eventually we have to transfer them to manila to lourdes school
quezon city which i find it very much like dwad. God fearing school and
strict and focused on students and parents. my point is we have to help our
school now so we can have a school that is god fearing, respectful and
someday who knows your children or grandchildren will be able to go to dwad
again and enroll instead of bringing them to too expensive schools here in
dagupan that has no definite moral vision and iba talaga pag catholic school
so please help and pass this letter, try to contact all your classmates,
give time, love and cooperation, i think we all owe dwad our alma a lot.
i hope you could email me your contact numbers, recent address no matter
what batch you belong. we are trying to complete the directory of the
school. you can contact father cris who is now the director and parish
priest at 09175086000 or if you have time visit our parish church and
school, introduce yourselp to fr. cris and offer your hand for your alma
